Early Childhood Classes

General Policies

The following policies are subject to changes at any time at the discretion of the Sing with Emily staff. 

Calendar

The studio calendar can be found on our website, and is updated yearly. The studio closes for Spring Break, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and winter break holidays. Please see the studio website for the most up-to-date schedule information. 

Policy & Rate Changes

The policies and tuition rates are subject to change on an as needed basis, and inflationary increases to tuition are to be expected on an as needed basis.

Media Release

Sing with Emily may use photos, videos, and audio recordings of students and parents for online and print promotional materials. If you do not wish your image to be used, please email info@singwithemily.com.  

Refunds & Make-Ups

Refunds are not provided for any missed group classes. We will do our best to provide a make-up credit if possible, but this is not guaranteed. 

If you change your mind about a class, you will have a 24 hour grace period to receive a full refund (minus any processing fees). There will be no refunds for cancellations after this 24 hour period. If an emergency occurs, please contact Emily via email or phone.

Liability Release

I waive and release any and all claims for myself and my heirs against Sing with Emily, LLC, and any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, or sponsors for any injuries or illnesses which may directly or indirectly result from participation in classes. Unless written notice is given to the studio, permission is granted to Sing with Emily, LLC and its operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. This waiver and release is valid from the date of my signature below, and shall remain effective unless and until modified in writing by the undersigned. I understand that Sing with Emily, LLC may, from time to time, photograph or video student work in the classroom and in performances for marketing and archival purposes. I hereby grant Sing with Emily, LLC permission to use photographs and videos in which I or my child appears for marketing, communications, and/or archival purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith. It is my understanding that no charge or special compensation is or will be required for my or my child’s service/s.

By signing up for a class, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, and that this agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
