Tiny Tunemakers is a music and movement curriculum for young children. Developed by a National Board Certified teacher and Chicago mom, the non-performance based approach to music education is developmentally appropriate for early childhood. Parents and classroom teachers are valued stakeholders in the music-movement education process.
During a typical class, students sing, play instruments, creatively move, improvise, use props such as scarves, balls or a parachute, have musical story time, explore vocal production, dance and have tons of fun!

Sing with Emily is a voice and music studio for all students who are passionate about the arts. Our teachers are all musicians, actors, artists, performers, and more. We create a safe space for performers to grow, learn, and create. Through encouragement, unique performance opportunities, and more, we help our students find their true passions, talents, and life-long self confidence.
Sing with Emily offers programming in the Chicago suburbs, and in the Dallas area.

Tiny Tunemakers at St. Christopher’s includes:
•Weekly music and movement lessons with Ms. Emily.
•Digital access to recordings of the songs learned in class so your child can share the music with other family members (also an amazing distraction in the car!)
•Instruction tailored to individual interests and age (infants to pre-K).
MEET MS. EMILY
Ms. Emily is originally from Arlington, TX and just moved back to the Dallas area this summer. She is thrilled to work with the students at St. Christopher’s Montessori this year!
She holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from NYU, and is currently pursuing her Masters of Music in Music Education from Lakeland University (anticipated completion in summer 2026). She holds certifications in Kodaly, Orff-Schuelwerk, and First Steps in Music.
Emily has been teaching for over 10 years, and has worked with Tiny Tunemakers for much of that time. Tiny Tunemakers is owned and operated by Kate Salisbury, and the program allows students to explore music in a fun, engaging environment, as well as incorporate music into their daily school and home activities.
Emily opened her music school, Sing with Emily, in the Chicago suburbs in 2021, and is so excited to bring this program to the Dallas area. Emily currently teaches general music to students in preK-8th grade at several Dallas schools, as well as early childhood music programs, and after-school theatre classes.
